Slow down and explore the landscape through movement, curiosity, and connection. We’ll wander the trails, pause to take in the sights and sounds around us, enjoy a gentle yoga practice overlooking Tomales Bay, and gather afterward for coffee, brunch and conversation.

Follow winding coastal trails to the shoreline, where we’ll move, breathe, and reconnect with the rhythms of land and sea through a beach yoga practice.

Along the way, we’ll pause occasionally to notice the landscape through our senses, connect with the rhythms of nature, and enjoy moments of quiet reflection. No meditation experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

Slow down and experience local waterways from the water itself.

As we paddle along the shoreline, we’ll take time to notice the life all around us—from harbor seals and shorebirds to rays, jellyfish, and other wildlife that may appear along the way.

Moving at a relaxed pace, this experience is an invitation to connect with the rhythms of nature, enjoy the beauty of the landscape, and discover the water through a sense of curiosity and wonder.
