Slow days in nature. Mindful movement and breath. Food made with love. Movement guided by Cecilia. Food crafted by Kirsten. Nature doing the rest.
Nature & Nourish – 2026 is a curated series of small-group, nature-based experiences created by Cecilia Sandoval of Ovalsand Yoga & Wellness and Kirsten Kirkpatrick, chef and founder of Siren Catering, in partnership with Point Reyes Adventure Co., to help bring this shared vision to life.
These gatherings are offerings of movement, breath, and food—shared in togetherness and in nature. We gather outdoors to move, breathe, explore, and break bread together through yoga, paddleboarding, scenic hikes, and shared meals enjoyed in the open air.
The food we share begins in nearby fields and farms, grown by hands we know and trust, and lovingly prepared to be savored slowly, in community.
Locations are thoughtfully chosen and may shift slightly in response to weather, tides, or other natural conditions. Any updates will be shared with registered participants.

Late May light at the lagoon is soft and golden.
We begin with an easy, mostly flat hike through blooming meadows alive with color. The trail opens toward sea and sky. The air carries warmth and salt.
As the sun begins to lower, we glide onto the lagoon for sunset SUP yoga or beach yoga.
Afterward, we gather for dinner on the dunes — barefoot in sand. Seasonal food. Shared stories. The long exhale of a day well spent.
Beauty. Movement. Nourishment. Togetherness.

April along the coast is alive with movement.
Wildflowers blanket the bluffs — bright California poppies, violet lupine, soft yellows stretching toward the sea. It’s peak whale migration season, and with a little luck, we may witness gray whales making their steady journey along the horizon.
We work in partnership with the elements, choosing the most aligned coastal setting for the day.
Midway, we’ll settle into a gentle yoga practice with an awe-inspiring view.
We’ll close with a seasonal picnic — fresh, colorful, satisfying. Food that tastes better outdoors. Conversation that flows easily. The simple pleasure of being together in beauty.
Movement. Awe. Good food. Shared presence.

We welcome the longest day of the year on the water.
Lagunitas Creek offers a quiet, tree-lined setting where light dances on the surface and the world feels still.
We paddle gently before anchoring for a playful yet grounding SUP yoga session — celebrating strength, balance, and the brightness of summer.
We close with a creekside picnic filled with fresh, vibrant flavors.
