Slow days in nature. Mindful movement and breath. Food made with love. Movement guided by Cecilia. Food crafted by Kirsten. Nature doing the rest.
Nature & Nourish — 2026 is a curated series of small-group, nature-based experiences created by Cecilia Sandoval of Ovalsand Yoga & Wellness and Kirsten Kirkpatrick, chef and founder of Siren Catering.
These gatherings are offerings of movement, breath, and food—shared in togetherness and in nature. We gather outdoors to move, breathe, explore, and break bread together through yoga, paddleboarding, scenic hikes, and shared meals enjoyed in the open air.
The food we share begins in nearby fields and farms, grown by hands we know and trust, and lovingly prepared to be savored slowly, in community.
Created and offered in partnership with my dear friend and neighbor, Kirsten, founder of Siren Catering, this series is deeply personal to us. It grows from doing what we love in the places we love most—places where we have been nourished, again and again, by the generosity and healing power of nature—a remembering of our own true nature—and the warmth, joy, and shared humanity of community.
These events take place in our favorite spots within and around Point Reyes National Seashore, which we believe is one of the most beautiful and magical places on earth. We do live here, after all.
These places and this community have held us through many seasons—bringing healing, grounding, and joy. From that lived experience, we offer these gatherings with gratitude and love, and invite you into the rhythms and spaces that have brought us rest, renewal, nourishment, and connection.
Locations are thoughtfully chosen and may shift slightly in response to weather, tides, or other natural conditions. Any updates will be shared with registered participants.
Saturday, February 14 | 9:00–11:00 AM
Tom Biagini Gallery, Inverness, CA
We open the Nature & Nourish series with a Valentine’s-inspired gathering at Tom Biagini Gallery, a beloved local meeting place where neighbors linger, visitors feel instantly welcome, and art sparks easy connection. The gallery’s walls are filled with paintings inspired by the surrounding coast and countryside—scenes of land, water, light, and everyday life that quietly reflect the place we’re inviting you into.
This gathering celebrates love in its many forms romantic, platonic, communal, and shared. We begin with a grounding, accessible yoga practice inside the gallery, moving among the art and allowing the imagery of land and sea to set a gentle, connective tone. After yoga, we gather outdoors for a relaxed Valentine’s brunch prepared by Siren Catering, featuring seasonal, thoughtfully crafted dishes meant to be shared and savored slowly.
Whether you arrive with a partner, a friend, or on your own, this opening gathering is about
connection—through movement, art, food, and the simple joy of coming together.
