Alongside her work in yoga, mindfulness, and wellness coaching, Cecilia also works as a leadership and people strategy consultant, supporting leaders and organizations navigating the rapidly evolving intersection of technology, leadership, and organizational culture.

In addition to a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development and Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Cecilia also completed executive education at Stanford University focused on leadership, decision-making, and organizational transformation in the era of artificial intelligence.

With more than three decades of experience in leadership and organizational development, she helps organizations adopt human-centered approaches to AI, ensuring that as technology advances, decision-making keeps humans in the loop and preserves the trust, well-being, and humanity that allow people and cultures to thrive.

Her work supports leaders in developing responsible AI strategies, ethical governance, organizational readiness, and cultures of learning and psychological safety as new technologies reshape the workplace.
Drawing on her background in leadership development, mindfulness training, and AI leadership studies at Stanford, Cecilia developed a human-centered approach to AI adoption that integrates mindfulness, ethical leadership, and organizational culture into how AI is introduced and implemented within organizations.
